I love granola! I love it as the main dish in my breakfast bowl, as a topping for yogurt, ice cream, oatmeal, or chia pudding, and as a snack, eaten by the handful on its own. And with the addition of all the nuts and seeds, I can even convince myself it's a healthy treat. My biggest beef with store-bought granola is that it's hard, and there are never enough clusters in the bag. This recipe won't chip your teeth and produces amazing clusters that really will hold up in milk. We love this... 

COOKIE OF THE MONTH

If I could rename these melt-in-your-mouth little bites, I would call them Pie Crust Cookies. The wafers have that light, flaky taste and texture you'd find from a homemade pie crust, while the sprinkle of sugar gives them a slight sweetness and crunch that will have you popping at least a dozen, if not more, in your mouth after removing them from the oven. Seriously, be prepared to be massively tempted and your cookie yield diminished before you even whip up the silky smooth buttercream...
